      <description>&lt;P&gt;A Sky error after cancellation&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky say they had a system ierror which held my account in pending &amp;nbsp;not cancelled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I received all the cancellation emails and sms&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i was asked to keep my direct debit open for the final payment &amp;nbsp;to be taken&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 year on I found Sky were still taking monies&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recommend you always cancel a direct debit and let sky ask for payment&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
