I returned all my sky equipment in the box I was sent, posted off via a Post Office, November 2023.

i have moved so unable to locate my proof of postage.

Twice a year since I have had letters from BWLEGAL requesting a payment of £117.00 for not returning sky items!

Latest letter was yesterday.

I spoke with BWLEGAL yet again.

I email Sky.

Just received a reply asking me to return my sky items !!

So frustrating and stressful.

Any advice please?

That's not harassment. Unfortunately if you haven't got your proof of posting it's Skys decision as to whether non return charges are withdrawn.
