      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes (unfortunately), my dd didn't get paid, so I paid the bill manually, to make sure it was paid, instead of waiting for them to take the&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;payment again! I have other phones on the same Bill which were shown to be paid last month (they are still in contract), but this particular one I thought should have been paid isn't! &amp;nbsp;THANKS&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If the direct debit has failed for whatever reason then Sky will try again in 10 days to take it which will still happen so the £8.50 you paid should appear as a credit on your account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
