&lt;P&gt;It will do&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4295020"&gt;@Dawnie7190&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;as Sky will have to send you a cheque which is a much slower process, had you left the direct debit in place it could have been refunded within a week.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I put xxx because it says do not post personal information/accountinformation.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Basically,&amp;nbsp; I was unhappy with sky's customer care but they said they would credit me with £24 if I agreed to end the complaint- they have not credited my account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
