Credit refund not received after 6 weeks

I have not received credit refund on my SKY broadband after 6 weeks. I do not have bill showing credit amount.

Can somebody help on this please ?

If your account is not showing a credit you'll have to call them to find out why...

Did you leave your payment method in place,if you didn't then a cheque will be sent and that can take lonegr to be sent.

What makes you say that Sky owe your money, because if they do the bill should show a credit of which you have said it doesn't ?
