    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you made a manual payment this is to be expected as the manual payment will go as credit on your account for next months bill.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Automated payments are scheduled in advance so any manually payment cant stop the automated process and won't stop the payment being taken twice in a month and just not be taken the following month&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You shouldn't make manual payments unless asked to by Sky as the billing system is fully automated and requires either a direct debit or a continuous payment method with a debit or credit card setup on your account as per the T&amp;amp;Cs.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
