If there is an admin fee then usually it is a one off fee and not payable each month. The saving would be based on what you are paying at present I would presume ?

Directly through Sky or from another source? Sky definitely doesn't charge a monthly admin fee: that's a one-off thing on a contract change, and frequently not charged at all.

Note that the full list price for the WiFi Max service is £10 per month, although it's typically heavily discounted.

i have also been charged a £10 admin fee after asking them several times if i will be charged and each time they said no, i was disputing my bill being high and they have the cheek to add an admin fee onto

my bill, i record all the calls now. its usually when i get through to the indian office i know they going to feed me with **bleep** it happens every time

Call again - or make a complaint- they'll be able to listen back to the original call to confirm exactly what was said.
