Before Christmas I was told that I was going to receive £75 from an account that was not being used I've not received this payment please address this ASAP if not received refund I'll make a complaint as this should of been sorted by now

In case you’re not aware you aren’t directly contacting Sky Customer Services on here. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers.

Please explain what the refund is for and does it currently show as a credit on your Sky account?

Did this account have a £75 credit on it and was the payment method left in place on it ?
