BT cancellation payment

When agreeing to join Sky broadband I was assured that my cancellation payment with BT would be paid by Sky. Can you please tell me how this will happen? The cancellation fee is £184.50.

When discussing this I was talking with Tracey from Sky. Thanks.

Note it's up to £100 for broadband and up to £100 for tv.

Sky will not pay BT. You have to (regardless of what you've been told).

If successfully claimed then it's applied as a credit against your Sky account.
