I want to remove my direct debit card from my sky app

@AnoopBhatia You can't remove it without changing the payment method to something else such has a continuous card payment as per the terms and conditions you agreed too

you can change payment method using the appropriate section on the link below

Nobody here can do that. You can change your payment method to a credit card payment, or a direct debit. You're required to have either a monthly card or direct debit.
