Be aware if you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another discount. You may be able to remove it from your My Sky account at&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/tv-packs" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/tv-packs&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;otherwise you can either call Sky or use the messaging service to cancel this&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Actually SPEAKING to someone at sky would be really great. I can't get past the automated system. It DID tell me it had cancelled sky cinema for me months ago. But no. I'm still being charged. Where do I go from here? Do I have to cancel sky completely to get their attention?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
