You’ll have&lt;STRONG&gt; 48 hours &lt;/STRONG&gt;to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within &lt;STRONG&gt;48 hours &lt;/STRONG&gt;the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I returned my SKY W equipment on 24/07/2024 using the 48 hour supplied label.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have proof of postage and am now receiving emails stating now (07/08/2024) saying I am going to be charged if the item are not received shortly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Looking through some of the other posts this is not a isolated case. I would suggest that the problem is due to a lack of care or poor system issues at Unipart Logistics.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SKY are wasting their own time and that of customers who are complying with the procedures to return this equipment. They should ensure Unipart are doing the job SKY pay them to do and stop bothering customers who are in compliance.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Let us know in this thread about the proof of posting and we can maybe get you some help from Skys Messaging Team. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you have the proof it should be fairly straightforward however if you haven’t retained it, any cancellation of non return fees would be at Skys discretion. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please don’t try to post an image of the Royal Mail tracking or postal receipt as Sky don’t like them on the forum.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
