charged for boxing but wouldnt stream

ordered boxing on sky box office not a subscriber so dont have a box stream started but cut off half way through, could not get back to the page to reload the stream just a blank blue page, nothing is wrong my end as i also tried on my laptop and phone with the same results, and ended up re-ordering the event through DAZN and it streamed with no problem. anyone ever found out how to apply for a refund

thanks for your reply i have managed to register a complaint this morning, had to register for a sky sign in eveen though i do not have a subscription, would not let me use my now t.v login. we will see what happens

You hadn't mentioned that you were a Now customer so using that link isn't going to get you anywhere as it is for Sky issues so try using this link to register a complaint with Now:
