I have had a very interesting conversation with Sky today regarding upgrading my Superfast Broadband to 500 Full Fibre. I am still in contract and they offered me it at £41 a month, so I think they have room to do a better deal for you.

Sky won't like this but if your Broadband contract is at an end, speak to your mobile phone provider. Most will offer Full Fibre considerably cheaper than Sky and also give a discount on your mobile phone plan.

If you do this you can always come back to Sky in the future as a new customer and get a new customer discount.

The ISP providers are bringing this on themselves, instead of offering packages that give incentives for current customers (who have already shown loyalty) to remain.

If those are new customer prices, and you're already with Sky, you're unlikely to be eligible for them.

No it's telling me that they are my options. I'm happy with the speed I have so I'm thinking that the 300 would be a sensible choice

In that case, I'd be doing the same as you, and opting for 300Mbps, assuming you can't get a better price for your current speed.
