Reward voucher code not working

I've received my email for the refer a friend voucher. I click the link, put the right code in, but it continually says that the voucher is incorrect, despite the fact I've both copied and pasted, and manually typed it.

Any help appreciated.

I have resolved my issue. It just took some time to go through. If you are having the same problem, give it an hour and come back. That's about the length of time it took for mine to resolve.

Your post a few days ago was about a "shopping voucher" where the posts here are about the refer a friend one via Sky, so what one are you actually having an issue with as you didn't answer my post in my reply to you ?

So when i was introduced to Sky was told if i refer an existing Sky user, that we will both be giving something like a reward or voucher (saying voucher, the customer service lady miht have something that day i did not grasp actually), i have not gotten a link to this, so i am asking if anyone did and how did u go about it

Did you send out your referral link to another person and did they sign up to Sky via it as they will have needed to have done this for you both to qualify.
