I am trying to link my Sky account so that I can make changes because my wifi is not working but I dont know my account number because I didn't receive an email with this....

Has Sky sent to any letters as the account number should be on it is they have. Failing that you will have to call them to find out what your account number is.

No I have not received any letters but they said they would send me an email but I only received emails to notify me when my order was on the way.
