Thanks so much. I ordered a device and later changed My mind immediately but I couldn't find where the order could be cacelled so it has been brought to My houes and I want return it because I don't need it anymore. I need a help on how I can return the device on time.

So this is a mobile phone or tablet?

If that's correct then as long as you’re still within the cooling off period (which is 31 days), you’ll need to contact Sky who will lead you through the returns process. Dial 150 for free from a Sky mobile or from a Sky landline. If you’ve had it more than 31 days you can't send it back without incurring substantial charges. Some more information is available here

Keep any subsequent proof of posting safe and indefinitely and be aware if you order an alternative device you will undergo further credit checks.

Many thanks. Please how do I get My Sky account number.

I was asked to post the device as two post codes were given. The agent that attended to me said the return label could not be downloaded due to technical issues. I will need My sky account number for this please

The account number will be shown via your account on the MySky app or via your online account. If you still don't know what it is then you will need to call Sky to find out what it is. It might also be shown on any emails or letters you have had from Sky.
