    <description>&lt;P&gt;The Sky billing system is fully automated so can't be overridden.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you pay by direct debit and it fails Sky will try 10 working days later. If the second attempt fails services will be restricted. If you pay by a credit/debit card then Sky will usually tell you the payment has failed and give you a couple of days to make payment before services are restricted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once services are restricted they will only be reinstated once payment is received in full and a new payment method has been setup on your account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
