Credit agreement

Hi I am trying to sign my credit agreement but the page keeps taking me back to a mobile offer the signing me out?
what should I do? I have tried on several different devices and they all do the same

Hi yeah I haven't the same problem to signing my credit agreement online the page keeps taking me about the offers and wanting me sign in again try all different devices and also switch my phone off and in another devices so what happens next try get My new because need sign agreement first before get sent out in post any advice for me please would be apprenticed slot thanks

I have the same problem. Tried the whole day to sign but everytime it takes me to the shopping page and I then continue receiving the same notification asking to sign
