      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have received a text message and an email saying "we're sorry you're leaving us" but I never have attempted any switching at all. I am happy with my Sky broadband. I'm so baffled and wonder if I've been hacked somehow. I'm going to call Sky but this is worrying.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
