Security Suggestion

I was thinking today, an ideal security feature would be messaging through your account on the sky app/website to an actual person, the virtual assistant is very limited in its ability, and typing to a person securly feels a lot more convenient than calling, especially since you'd have the logs from each chat ideally stored and personal information wouldn't have to be shared due to it being under your account (perhaps the security password that would be in a special input and would be deleted in the log) or something along those lines.

This due to the fact I had a text at a strange time from a certain number, called sky and they told me it was a scam (I thought it might've been anyways) however it was at a time where I was waiting for an update on my freebuds with my phone (which hadn't come in the year and a half of me having the phone) and I kept forgetting to call about it.
