Recently signed up to sky stream. Canceled it as I didn’t realise how to work it only to need it

I signed up to sky stream. Is there anyway I could just go back to my original account without all the fuss. I didn't want a aero out at the front of my property thank you

Hi @Razrtrade

Sky steam doesn't need an aerial all channels are delivered by WiFi. The aerial connection is for redundancy in non UK markets (Specificly Italy).

If you wish to cancel you will need to speak to Sky and be in the first 31 days of your contract if signed up to a minimum term. We are fellow subscribers on the forum.

@Razrtrade you can get every Sky package on Stream if you want. However a few free channels are not yet on Stream particularly the international ones. See https://www.sky.com/tv/stream
