There seems to be an extra payment of €24 coming out of my account each month. €50 was the package I took out that comes out as normal but don't know what the €24 at the end of the month is for??

My bill is split in two one for 22 for sky streaming and one for 30 (bb) which is correct but nothing for this 24€ extra payment

If you are not a Sky Mobile customer then what makes you say this other 24 is being taken by Sky, it it showing up on your bank account and if so what name appears against it ?

Al you can do is to call Sky Ireland in the morning when the phone lines are open to see if they can explain what the payment might be.
