Last month I tried to cancel my Sky sports + , Sky sports HD and Sky go extra, said I had to give 31 days notice, now they have taken payment for another month and not cancelled, their loss, going to cancel the whole sky contract after 24 years.

You're billed as normal during your 31 days notice period. The overpayment from the date your services cease, that is at the end of your notice period, will be refunded to your account.

What date did you call Sky to cancel

these services as you have to give 31 days notice so they are not cancelled immediately. Any overpayment will then be refunded once they have been cancelled.
