Good morning, I checked my bank account this morning and it looks like £48 is going to be taken out of my account on the 7th Dec?

I was overcharged last month and was told that I will only have to pay think it was about £7.

Also can you confirm how much I will be paying a month, again I I was told £29 per month ?
