when I go to bill and payment its only showing "this page is restricted" And when i go to the my products then it's showing "unfortunately we can't show your product and its looks like you don't have any product with us".

Are you new to Sky or have you previously cancelled and returned after being away for a while ?

Mines the same works on website not on app so can't use any of the features
