      <description>&lt;P&gt;All numbers go through the same automated system Im afraid as there magic number that will allow you to bypass it. So it is a case of battling with the bot before you can get to talk to someone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't know if Sky monitors these discussions but dealing with Sky is so difficult now compared to when I first joined them 18 years ago. On the phone for 24 minutes and on hold 4 times to try and change contract. Very frustrating Indian call centre who don't listen and who clearly follow a script which they are unable to deviate from. Time was you spoke to someone in a Scottish call centre and you explained what you wanted to achieve once and they had a degree of autonomy to make things happen without endlessly having to refer to somebody else and asking you the same questions repeatedly. Time to consider alternatives.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
