    <description>&lt;P&gt;On the store I am offered Full fibre Gigafast but when I try to purchase I keep getting the "sorry we're having difficulties" error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried ringing and have spent hours on the phone, but the call centre also unable to get the transaction finished.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I get this resolved? It needs escalating to senior management but despite several promises by the call centre (India ?) I'm not getting the promised call backs.
