Black Friday

Feeling very disgruntled. Been with sky 22 years and on Thursday seeing black Friday prices were available I decided to change from Skyq to Sky stream. I wanted to check that everything I had on Skyq was covered so decided to ring rather than do it online. I have discovered that I was quoted and accepted the standard prices and not the Black Friday prices. I rang billing to query this but was told hard luck you accepted that price and refused to do anything about it. He said it was my responsibility to ask for the Black Friday prices as the salesman was on commission and would get as much as he could. I argued that as deals were available I should have been informed and charged those prices but he was adamant it was my responsibility and prices could not be changed from those I had agreed. I expressed my disappointment at this attitude and the way I have been treated. I just want to let everyone know that this can happen.

Personally I haven't seen any BF deals offered to existing customers, they may have been available if asked for as you were advised.

@Graham999999999 I hope you realise that the channel line up and the way "recording" works on Stream is light years away from Q.
