I cancelled sky last month and returned the Q box. I understand Netflix stops as well and it says it's on pause.

It wants me to reinstate payment by 2nd December. I am actually quite happy to pause it for a month or so but don't want to loose all my profile and settings. Do you know if I can keep it paused for a month or so.

Thanks

Netflix should keep your account state for 10 months or so in the event you cancel/pause payment. This should keep your user profile and watchlists intact. Once you reactivate and restore payment you should be able to carry on using it as before. After this, expect to see user profiles and watch lists wiped so you'd effectively be starting over as a brand new customer.

Your account however will stay around inactive for 10 months until you log back in and start paying again.
