Hi - I was promised to get joining voucher of 50 pounds immediately on joining Sky broadband and TV. I joined on 15th Nov, but have not received the voucher yet. Plz let me know when should I expect the same?

How did you sign up to Sky, was it via the Sky website or a comparison website or was it via a friend's referral link ?

I had signed up over a telephonic conversation with customer care.

In that case you would need to ask them about how you can claim for this voucher as you might have to wait until you have had your services for at least a month before you can either claim or have the voucher sent to you.
