I want to transfer my account to somebody else's name and bank account without returning the equipment. We have a lot of devices connected and we don't want any resetting.

This isn't possible I'm afraid as Sky do not allow accounts to be transferred to somebody else so the only option is you are not in the minimum term of a contract would be to cancel ten return the equipment then this other person can sign up and take the account out in their name.

@Lyubo is this a broadband/Talk account? The simplest way to install a new router (Hub) is to change the SSID and password in the new one to match the old one. You can do that on the Hub setup page. All your devices should then connect automatically.
