      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been on the chat line for about an hour and a half with an agent. I was trying to reduce my subscription as it has gone up 50% this month.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;He finall came up with a 2 year acceptable package which I was going to accept when the call stopped. All I could get was effectively start gain. I have been with Sky for over 24 years and he had my contract details in front of him when we were coming up with the deal. This included joing Sky Broadband from my present supplier&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I get back to the deal that we sorted out?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
