    <title>topic Compensation offer in Account &amp; Billing</title>
    <link>https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Account-Billing/Compensation-offer/m-p/4834239#M237352</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;Sky completely messed up and order I placed and initiated a disconnection of our services with our current/ former provider. We were completely unaware this was happening until we received an email 24 hours prior to being cut off. After many, many phone calls, email and web chats spending hours on the phone being passed from one clueless department to another, we finally got the admission from Sky that it shouldn't have happened. The representative asked if we would like compensation which obviously I said yes. We were told it would be in Tesco vouchers and would be £30 for each time we had been inconvenienced. I spoke with someone yesterday, who should have called Monday, and he offered me £30 total. Is this a fair offer for Sky's incompetence which has left us without broadband and home phone for nearly a month. At no point hiding Sky offer to try to reconnect our service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
