      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I was trying to see what offers I had and clicked on button saying that the offer would be added to my basket to review.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I clicked on the button and it just renewed my contract without showing me any information about the new contract!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need this removing from account asap but can't do this via the web site (I did it about 13:00 on the 24/11/2024)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, it's terrible customer service and seems sneaky that you can't just revert your choice, regardless of seeing any vital information about prices or contract lengths.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
