      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been on the phone for hours on end trying to renew &amp;amp; negotiate a new deal as my contract is expiring. I've been passed around to various agents who I find difficult to understand. Been cut off, don't seem interested, they are having technical difficulties etc. I raised a complaint, got a email saying they've tried to get in touch, they haven't, replied to the email, nothing. 25 years, time to look elsewhere as the cost is ridiculous.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Iv tried all ways to get support and get in touch , no help what so ever , we have decided time to leave sky , prices are hiked up to ridiculous amounts...and no help from customer service...also no deals for existing customers...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Most, if not all providers do this now. From recent posts it does seem that decent renewal deals are increasingly hard to find. If you choose to leave the same will happen at the end of your discounted deal with whoever you go with. Once you've been away for 18 months you'll be able to rejoin Sky if you wish and benefit from new customer discounts.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
