    <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky Engineer called in October to fix a problem with Sky Q.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Problem sorted quickly and efficiently and before engineer left, and without asking if I wanted it, he added &lt;STRONG&gt;Sky Sports as a&amp;nbsp;FREE trial&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;He said I would recieve message asking if I wanted to keep it and if I didn't just say no and it wouldn't cost a penny.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Recieved a message a few weeks later and I said I did not want the Sky Sports and cancellation was confirmed by Sky.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Recieved November bill and it had &lt;STRONG&gt;increased by £8.52&lt;/STRONG&gt; and future bills will be &lt;STRONG&gt;increased by £5.50&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rang Sky and was put through to Sky India (happens every time).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They told me that when I cancelled the &lt;STRONG&gt;FREE&lt;/STRONG&gt; Sky Sports offer it also cancelled my Sky Cinema deal &lt;STRONG&gt;(not due to expire till February 2025)&lt;/STRONG&gt; and then they reinstated it at the current increased price.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They said &lt;STRONG&gt;even though this was the fault of Sky&lt;/STRONG&gt; they could not go back to the original deal unless I took out a new 24 month contract, &lt;STRONG&gt;OUTRAGEOUS&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Told them I wouldn't do that and they have raised a "resolution ticket" and said someone will contact me within next 7 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thought I should raise this as a warning to other Sky users so please be aware.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
