&lt;P&gt;If you can cancelled your mobile did you do this within the first 31 days after receiving it ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;This might have happened if this bill&amp;nbsp;was created before you returned the device as our bills are created 14 days earlier so once the device has been processed&amp;nbsp;you might see a credit on your account for this amount that you have paid.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Why were you returning the device, was it part of a swap/upgrade, if so the above applies.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
