    <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;So I brought sky and paid off my sky bill early, then last night my direct debit came out and obviously ik I shouldn't of paid it off early now and I understand why, but I click on my sky it says I've paid for this month and next now apparently.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But it says bill - paid but when I click view bill it says&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your scheduled payment has not been received&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your latest payment has not been received. We'll attempt collection again over the coming days, so please ensure your payment details are up to date.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm just really confused and really stressing me out as I am kind of broke now and I don't want more money taken out of my account when it's been paid twice&lt;/P&gt;</description>
