&lt;P&gt;You should have a direct debit or continuous card payment method set up which means you shouldn't need to make an unnecessary manual payment.&amp;nbsp;I would recommend not making manual payments unless requested to by Sky.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If this is what you've done Sky will still attempt to take the automatic payment on the usual date and what you've paid manually will go as a credit on your Sky account. This should automatically be used to pay your next bill so on that bill date no/less money should be taken from your account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The payment you made has gone on as a credit as you didn't need to make a manual payment as Sky will taken it via your monthly payment method. The credit can be refunded or used to oay next months bill.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
