      <title>Sky Q Return Cancelled</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've recently migrated to Sky Glass but then reverted back to Sky Q for multiple reasons of varying severity.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky have still sent the returns packaging and there's an "order tracking" on my account saying that the return is still in progress.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can this be removed from my account as I believe it's causing the "unfortunately we can't complete your order online" message when attempting to view my products?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It would be quite useful to have my account brought up to date and have access to my product.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
