      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've already sent my Sky Broadband equipment back to Sky, and I've got the Royal Mail tracking to prove it but I'm still getting texts stating that I'll be charged if I don't send the equipment back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
