Refund after cancellation

I want to know when I'll get a refund. They took full payment of me at start of the month. Few months ago and I left within about a week. Returned my equipment and they have it. Always say to call. I don't want to call and be on the phone for ages. Just sort it or have a better way for people to contact you

1st Oct was my last payment with them. Left on 9th
