I'm afraid that's unlikely as the lack of service is not of Skys doing.

Hi there

I have had no satellite signal for at least 3 weeks due to my neighbour's scaffolding - it seems a bit unfair that I have to pay while I cannot access Sky TV. Would I be eligible to receive any compensation?

Thanks
