I received a text recently stating that sky is a giving me a £65 refund which I was confused about as there wasn't any extra information about what i was being refunded for, and so assumed that it was a scam. Then a few days later I actually received a physical xheque un the post from Sky, which also had no claritive information. So I would just like to know the validity of this refund.

Have you left Sky and removed your payment details from your account because if so this will be why they have sent you a cheque as it is the only way to get the refund to you.
