I got a call from sky well mohamad said my bill will be halved and I have to get a watch sent through they knew all my details bank number the last 2 digits I never gave anything over the phone except that I accept the watch but they said call back and never I think when they know not getting anything they say they will phone back lol

It is possible that call was not from Sky but a scammer that somehow has gotten hold of your payment details from somewhere so if this watch turns up (it might not do) then you will need to call Sky about it as per this:
