My skt app sharing

I've sent a link to two family members using the MySky App (via My Details, People & Sharing) however the recipients just get an this account isnt registered to access this app.

How can i get them yo be able to use and see the contents of app and Access sky go.

Does it need to be the registered bill payer account details or can they have their own.

You cannot share your TV subscription with other family members, this is against the terms and conditions of your contract.

They should be able to use the Sky Go app when using their own Sky ID that can be linked to your account.
