    <description>&lt;P&gt;My services have been restricted due to no payment. There was an issue with my bank.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;on the app it states the balance is just under £85, which is fine. exactly what i have in my bank. I then go to pay and it is asking for over £100, i do not have that money.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need my service to be reinstated, due to work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can pay the £85 which is what has been requested initially, but I can not contact anybody for them to explain exactly why my bill is higher than it originally states, and to try work out if I can get my services back up and running.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is so frustrating!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Without the internet, I am unable to plan my lessons for next week.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
