      <description>Hello. I had access to our renewal options yesterday but I upgraded our broadband first. Now when I try to go into my renewal options it says there is a technical error and I can't access it any more. My renewal is due at the end of this week and I really want to get it sorted.</description>

I'd just like to get access back to it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I upgraded the broadband and now I can't see my tv renewal offers.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My new broadband is supposed to go live today but we haven't had any confirmation text&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I suspect that's the cause. The renewal proposition may have changed because of the change,in your subscription.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
