    <description>&lt;P&gt;It seems the OTS isn't fully working yet and providers have fallen back to GPL (for which VM do not participate).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As noted, it may not be possible for Sky to give notive to VM currently.&amp;nbsp; You need to contact them directly to cancel.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am due to switch to sky next week, however virgin media have billed me for dec to jan as they have not received a disconnection notice is tbis not done by sky when i accepted sky contract?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As you are moving to Sky which is part of the Openreach network then Sky can not advise Virgin that you are leaving them as they are not part of the Openreach network as they own their own lines. What you need to do is to call Virgin again on the day your line with Sky goes live so they can cancel and then refund you any overpayment.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
